The Cit.r C&~uncml_ of the City of rme~o~nton, et ~T~ e of Alameda, "' ~ ~'" - ~a~izornl~, hereby resolves Pursuamt to the "Improveme~t Act of 1911," County of rotlows: the Superintendent of ~;treets havin[; constructed or caused to be constructed the improvements in fro~lt of the parcels of real ~}roperty at thecosts as herei~arter indicated, and the procedurals, notices and hearings re&uired by the said improvement Act of 1911 having been fully complied ~ith and erformed in every respect; and It appearing to the City Council and zhe City Council hereby finds that the said cost of construction ou&'ht to be levied and assessed a~ainst the said pa~cols of r~al property as her~.~i~after indicated; and It further appe{:rin~% that the said cost~; have not been paid nor any p~rt or !arts thereof; Now, therefore, the said City of J]eas~:nton does hereby claim liens on the said ~.arceis of real property in the amounts as hereinafter indicated and said liens shall continue and be upon and against said parcels or real property until said sums, with interest st the rate of si;; (6)[~ per cent per ann~a, from this date has been paid in full and discharged.
