56. That all applicable requirements of the Alameda County <br /> Flood Control District be met. <br /> <br /> 57. If necessary, the City will assist in the acquisition of <br /> right-of-way for the access through the property to the <br /> south (the Meyer property). --. <br /> <br /> 58. That prior to the submittal of improvement plans for the <br /> subdivision of the subject property, the developer shall <br /> fund (or participate in the funding of) a comprehensive <br /> ~ater study of the north Pleasanton area to identify short <br /> and long-term improvements necessary to achieve adequate <br /> water supply and pressure, and in order to achieve timely <br /> completion of such improvements concurrent'with the <br /> development of the subject site~ the d~vefopers shall. pay <br /> their appropriate share of the cost of the ~-~ater ~cilities <br /> necessary to serve the subject site, or made necessary due <br /> to the cumulative development in the north PleasantOn area. <br /> Improvements may be made via reimbursement agreement, <br /> assessment,districts or Benefit district as best meets the <br /> needs of the City and developer. The method of implementa- <br /> tion shall be decided and entered into prior to improvement <br /> plan approval. <br /> <br />59.
