Christmas tree sales - CUP. <br /> <br />29. The following standards shall be utilized in the design <br /> and construction of all buildings on the site: <br /> <br /> a. The front 'setback of all buildings sha!i be as shown <br /> on the development plan, side setbacks may be reduced <br /> to zero feet where a minimum of 20 ft. is maintained on <br /> one side, the minimum distance between buildings shall <br /> be 40 ft. unless directly abutted by another structure, <br /> and rear setbacks may be zero feetdepending upon the <br /> location of adjacent structures. <br /> <br /> b. Walls, driveways, parking, landscaping and th~ exteriors <br /> of all buildings shall at all times be maintained in <br /> good.-condition. All painted surfaces shall be kept <br /> properly painted in colors approved by the Design Review <br /> Board. Unimproved property shall be maintained in a <br /> sightly condition, free of weeds and debris at all times. <br /> <br /> c. Attention shall be paid to building ~ocation on the <br /> site for maximum sight efficiency and aesthetic relation- <br /> ship to adjacent existing buildings. <br /> <br /> <br />
