CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1038 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL FOR A SECOND PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT FOR THE 56 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HOPYARD ROAD AND I~80 ~tHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown applied for development plan approval for construction of the second phase of development for the 56 acres of land located at the southwest corner of tlopyard Road and 1-580 in the vicinity of Bannister and Owens Drive, consisting of fourteen individual office and research and development buildings on the sites ranging from 1.2 to 7.2 acres in size with structures proposed up to five stories in height; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 11, 1982; and ~tEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 11, 1982; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan, as modified by conditions of approval, is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for the second phase of development for the 56 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Hopyard Road and 1380 in the vicinity of Bannister and Owens Drive, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a riotice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution rio. 77-66.
