CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1038 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF REYNOLDS AND BROWN <br /> FOR PUD PLAN APPROVAL FOR A SECOND PHASE OF <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR THE 56 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT <br /> THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF HOPYARD ROAD AND I~80 <br /> <br />~tHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of the second phase of <br /> development for the 56 acres of land located at <br /> the southwest corner of tlopyard Road and 1-580 in <br /> the vicinity of Bannister and Owens Drive, consisting <br /> of fourteen individual office and research and <br /> development buildings on the sites ranging from <br /> 1.2 to 7.2 acres in size with structures proposed <br /> up to five stories in height; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on May <br /> 11, 1982; and <br /> <br />~tEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- <br /> ation for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 11, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan, <br /> as modified by conditions of approval, is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for the second <br /> phase of development for the 56 acres of land <br /> located at the southwest corner of Hopyard Road <br /> and 1380 in the vicinity of Bannister and Owens <br /> Drive, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a riotice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section <br /> 5.4(g) of Resolution rio. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
