THE CITY OF O� <br /> { - -,f CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLEASANTONo <br /> November 15, 2011 <br /> Community Development <br /> Engineering Division <br /> TITLE: ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION <br /> FOR CALRECYCLE GRANTS <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The City of Pleasanton has applied to receive Rubberized Pavement Grant Program <br /> funding from the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery <br /> (CalRecycle). A resolution authorizing the filing of an application to CalRecycle for <br /> Rubberized Pavement Grant Program funding is required to complete the application. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> City staff recommends that the Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the <br /> City Engineer to execute and file an application with CalRecycle for Rubberized <br /> Pavement Grant Program funding for the City of Pleasanton. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> If awarded, approximately $55,000 will be added to the City's 2012 street resurfacing <br /> program. <br />
