UTION NO. 3037 <br /> <br />AD~IN~ A PORTION CF VINEYARD <br />AVENUE TO THE SYSTEM OF I~TOR <br />CITY STREETS, AND AS,~NDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2~&6. <br /> <br /> T~$1EREAS, the City Council has reviewed its changes in its <br />system of major streets and finds certain adjustments necessary: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ple asanton <br />does hereby resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The System of Major City Streets for the City of Pleasan- <br />ton is hereby changed to add a portion of Vineyard Avenue describ <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The portion of Vineyard Avenue that was <br />included in the annexation of Tract 793, <br />commonly known as Adams Court, being a <br />portion of a street -~ving a right of way <br />width of 50 feet, and extending 417.76 feet <br />to the easterly city limits as revised by <br />the annexation of Tract 793, commonly known <br />as Adams Court. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to submit to the <br />District Engineer, Division of Highways, Department of Public <br />Works, State of California, for their approval, the following: <br /> <br />al Two copies of this ResoLution. <br /> <br />b) Two copies of map showing this change, entitled <br /> "Major City Streets System, June 1960". <br /> <br /> 3.
