CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1036 <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> TO REZONE APPROXI~ATELY 16.7 ACRES OF I-G ZONED <br /> LAND EAST OF 1-680 TO THE pUD-INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> (PUD-82-4) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton applied to have an approximately <br /> 16.7 acre site consisting of portions of Parcel <br /> Map 2566 rezoned from the I-G (General Industrial) <br /> District to the pUD-General and Limited Industrial <br /> District, said site more particularly described as <br /> follows: (1) 7.85 acres of the 10.6 acre Parcel A <br /> of Parcel Map 2566 located immediately south of the <br /> Clorox research facility and east of Johnson Drive, <br /> excluding the southeast approximately 2.75 acre <br /> portion; (2) 5.6 acres between Johnson Drive and <br /> the Alamo Canal north of Stoneridge Drive (Parcel B <br /> of Parcel Map 2566); and (3) 3.2 acres south of <br /> Stoneridge Drive, east of the Alamo Canal just <br /> north of the wastewater treatment facility of the <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District (Parcel C <br /> of Parcel Map 2566); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment, <br /> a Negative Declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> April 27, 1982; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 27, <br /> 1982; and <br /> WHEREAS, as part of the rezoning application, the permitted <br /> and conditionally permitted uses of the site were <br /> considered; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 16.7 acre <br /> site consisting of portions of Parcel Map 2566 from <br /> the I-G (General Industrial) District to the pUD-General <br /> <br /> <br />
