CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />~:SOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> The City Clerk, Treasurer and other officers are hereby <br />authorized and instructed to transfer the sum of $1,500.00 from <br />the Drainage Improvement Fund to the General Fund. <br /> <br /> The purpose of said transfer is to reimburse the General <br />Fund for monies spent in connection with the Subdivision Agree- <br />ment with Leonardo and Sons for off-tract drainage improvements <br />in connection with tract No. 1971. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: June 1~, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · ~/)L~ L-,'t~_ ~ ~ / <br />City Cle~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
