Internal streets should conform to the high quality standards and be <br />designed to resemble public streets, with sidewalks, parking and <br />trees. <br />B4.b. Internal streets should include sidewalks, street trees, pedestr <br />lighting, landscaping and provide a setting for social interaction and <br />neighborhood activities. <br />B4.c. Internal streets should provide through or loop circulation wher <br />possible rather than dead end cul-de-sacs. <br />B4.d. Internal streets should connect to landmarks or amenity features <br />open spaces, parks or community buildings. <br />B4.e. Street trees, separated sidewalks, benches, street lamps and spe <br />at intersections are desired elements to promote residential sca <br />streetscapes and reinforce pedestrian activity. <br />B4.f. Street trees should be planted at least every 25-35 feet on average <br />depending on tree species, not to exceed 40 feet. <br />B4.g.
