Owens Drive Keep Center Median <br />The following Owens Drive section keeps the existing center median in its current <br />location and provides diagonal parking on both sides of the street. The <br />shows a multi-way boulevard on the north(west bound) side of the street. <br />. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The following plan diagram shows minimal change to the configuration of Owens <br />Drive. The plan includes diagonal parking west of the internal street a <br />parking to the east. The plan does not show the second median illustrated in the <br />section above but does include newly striped diagonal parking on the north side of <br />the street.
