CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1034 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PONDEROSA HOMZS AND <br /> PLEASANTON DEVELOPER GROUP TO REZONE APPROXI~IATELY <br /> 9.8 ACRES LOCATED AT VALLEY AVENUE AND PASEO SANTA <br /> CRUZ FROM THE RM-15 (K~ULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br /> DISTRICT TO THE R-1-6500 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br /> DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes and Pleasanton Developer Group applied <br /> to have an approximately 9.8 acre site located at <br /> the northwest corner of Paseo Santa Cruz and Valley <br /> Avenue rezoned from the RM-15 (Multi-family <br /> Residential) District to the R-1-6500 (Single-family <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WIlEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> March 23, 1982; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 23, <br /> 1982; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 9.8 acre <br /> site consisting of two parcels located at the <br /> northwest corner of Paseo Santa Cruz and Valley <br /> Avenue from the ~.~-15 (l~lti-family Residential) <br /> District to the R-1-6400 (Single-family Residential) <br /> District. <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning <br /> districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #251, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated March 23, 1982, <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
