CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF C:AE~FORN~A <br /> <br />0 LLITI 0 N NO._ <br /> <br /> ~ERE~$, Zone 7 of the Alameda County ¥~at~r Conservation and Flood <br /> Control District and the Pleasanton Township County Water District <br /> two public agencies, have entered a memorandum agreement concern- <br /> ing South Bay Aqueduct Water; <br /> <br />~H~P~AS, said agreement appears to exclude the City of Pleasanton <br />from buying such water directly from Zone 7; <br />N0~ TH~FO~ BE IT P~0LVED: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council does hereby express as the desire and <br />policy of the City of ?leasanton, that the City keep and maintain <br />its right to contract for Etate developed water directly from <br /> <br />Zone 7 or any other a~ency importing said water into the Livermore- <br />Amador Valley. <br /> <br /> 2) The City officers are hereby instructed to present the <br />City's position to the various officers of Zone 7 and the <br />Pleasanton Township County YJater District. <br /> <br /> 3) Copies of this Resolution shall be sent to all interested <br />parties, including the Pleasanton Township Water District and <br />to Zone 7, Alameda County Planning Commission, the Board of <br /> <br /> and other water agencies. <br /> <br />Supervisors of Alameda County, <br />~0PTED: ~ay 9, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />]~ayor <br /> <br /> <br />
