;d~SOLUTiON NO. 3007 <br /> <br />KMSOLUTION DECLA~{iNG RESULTS OF ELECTiOU <br /> <br /> WHENEAS~ a general municipal election was held and conducted in the City <br />of Pleasanton, on 'Tues~my, the 12th day of April, 1960, as required b2~ law, <br /> <br /> AND WHER~I%S, it appears that notice of said election was duly gJven~ that <br />voting precincts were properly established~ that election officers were appoint <br />ed and election supplies furnished, and that in all respects said election was <br />held and conducted and the votes cast thereat received and canvassed, and the <br />returns thereof made~ determined and declared in time, form and manner as re- <br />quired by the general laws of the State providing for and regulating municipal <br />elections in cities of the fifth and sixth classes, <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council of said City of Pleasanton met at the Coun- <br />cil Chamber thereof on Tuesday, the 19th day of April, 1960, at 8:00 P.M. to <br />canvass the returns of said election: <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Council finds as a result of said canvass that the number <br />of votes cast, and the matters required by law, to be as hereinafter stated; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE IT IS RER~BY RESOLVED, DETE~4INED, AND DECLAreD as follows: <br />That said regular municipal election was held and conducted in the City of <br />Pleasanton on Tuesday, the !2th day of April~ 1960, in 'time, fen% and. manner <br />as required by law. <br /> <br /> T~at there was one voting precinct established in said City of Pieasaaton <br />for the purpose of holding said election, es follows: <br /> <br /> Consolidated Precinct "A composed of Pleasanton precincts Nos. 1301, 1302, <br />1303, 1304, 1305, 1306, 1307 and 1305, established for holding state and countyI <br />e!ections; <br /> <br /> That the whole n~ber of votes voted ~n said City of Pleasanton at said <br />election was 95~- <br /> <br />Names of Persons Office Total <br />Voted for Voted for Vote <br /> <br />Reno Cairo <br /> <br />Warren ~.
