CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1033 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 230 ACRE PARCEL AT THE SOUTHE~ TERMINUS OF PICO AVEI!UE, CONCORD STREET AND BORDEAUX STREET TO THE PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL/MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL/OPEN SPACE DISTRICT ~HEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately 230 acre parcel at the southern terminus of Pico Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street to PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/Open Space District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative. declaration was adopted by Council on March=23, 1982; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the prezoning; and WttEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 23 1982; and ' WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately 230 acre parcel at the southern terminus of Pico Avenue, Concord Street and Bordeaux Street, which land is involved in Annexation No. 99, to the PUD-Low Density Residential/Medium Density Residential/Open Space District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #250, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated March 23, 1982, and incorporated herein by reference.
