CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1032 APPROVING TIlE APPLICATION OF TttE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE CONSISTING OF TWO PARCELS AT 1550 AND 1588 ROSE AVENUE FROM "A" (AGRICULTURAL) TO THE R-I-20,000 DISTRICT WHEREAS, the Planning CoF~ission of the City of Pleasanton applied to have an approximately one acre parcel consisting of two lots at 1550 and 1588 Rose Avenue rezoned from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the R-I-20,000 District; and ~IEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating · .no significant adverse effects onthe environment a negative declaration was adopted by-Council on March 23, 1982; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning CoFmission's recommenda- tion for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 23 1982; and , W~tEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately one acre site consisting of two parcels at 1550 and 1588 Rose Avenue from the "A" (Agricultural) to the R-l-20 000 District. , Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~249, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated March 23, 1982 and incorporated herein by reference. ' Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
