CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ~99~ <br />RE:SOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does <br />hereby request the Board of Commissioners of the Housing <br />Authority of the City of Pleasanton, for payment of the sum of <br />$15,000.00, plus accumulated interest, for use in construction <br />of sewage treatment plant additions, presently contracted for <br />by the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 2. Said funds are authorized by the Housing Authority <br />of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 162, adopted <br />August 19, 1957. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to forward this <br /> <br />request. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: ~rch 14, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST.' <br /> <br />City Cl.e~ <br /> <br />May or <br /> <br /> <br />
