CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The mayor and the city clerk are hereby authorized <br />to execute in behalf of the City of Pleasanton, a fifty (50) <br />year lease with BEN F. ~NGOIA, JOSEPH S. NINGOIA, JOHN C. <br />SCIORTINO, BAPTISTE POUS and MARIE POUS, his wife, as Landlord; <br />and the CITY OF PLEASANTON as Tenant, wherein the City of <br />Pleasanton would be entitled to take water from the lands for <br />eight cents ($.08) per one hundred (100) cubic feet. <br /> <br /> 2. Prior to such execution, the city staff shall de- <br />termine that the legal description is proper, that title to said <br />lands is good, and that the agreement includes all of the pro- <br />visions informally negotiated between landlord and tenant. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: March 14, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Cl~k <br /> <br /> <br />
