The City Engineer is hereby appointed to the position <br />of "Superintendent of Streets", as said office and position is <br />used in the Streets and Highway Code in the State of California. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Engineer as Superintendent of Streets is hereby <br />directed to proceed under the terms of the 1911 Improvement Act <br />on the project known as "Neal Street and Second Street Sidewalk <br />Impr ovem ents". <br /> <br /> 3.
