7. NOTICE <br /> Notices desired or required to be given hereunder shall be given by either delivering in <br /> person to the address provided herein below or depositing in envelope, with postage <br /> prepaid, certified, return receipt requested, in the United States Post Office. <br /> In the event such notice is being given to DISTRICT, such notice and the envelope <br /> containing same shall be addressed to the East Bay Regional Park District, 2950 Peralta <br /> Oaks Court, Oakland, California 94605, or such other place as may hereafter be <br /> designated in writing by DISTRICT; and in the event said notice is being sent to CITY, <br /> said notice and the envelope containing same shall be addressed to the City of <br /> Pleasanton, P.O. Box 520, Pleasanton, California 94566. <br /> 8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement contains all of the agreements and understandings of the parties <br /> pertaining to the subject matter contained herein and supersede all prior, <br /> contemporaneous agreement, representations and understandings of the parties.
