WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOrnIA ORDINANCE' NO. 1095 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SHELTER CAPITAL AND SID CORRIE FOR PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF A 200 UNIT GARDEN APARTMENT PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 11 ACRES LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THE ARROYO MOCHO, APPROXIMATELY 1500 FEET EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND THE .ARROYO MOCHO CANAL Shelter Capital and Sid Corrie applied for develooment plan approval for construction of a 200 unit zarden apartment project on an approximately 11 acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo Mocho, approximately 1500 feet east of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and the Arroyo Mocho Canal; and based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on June 28, 1983; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and !~EREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 26, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General P%an policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development Dian for a 200 unit garden apartment project on an approximately 11 acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo Nocho, approximately 1500 feet east of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and the Arroyo ~ocho Canal, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 11 acre site described above from the "A" (A~ricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Develooment)-Hizh Density Residential District.
