WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFOrnIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE' NO. 1095 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SHELTER CAPITAL AND <br />SID CORRIE FOR PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING <br />AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF A 200 UNIT GARDEN <br />APARTMENT PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 11 ACRES LOCATED <br />IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF THE ARROYO MOCHO, APPROXIMATELY <br />1500 FEET EAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF SANTA RITA <br />ROAD AND THE .ARROYO MOCHO CANAL <br /> <br />Shelter Capital and Sid Corrie applied for develooment <br />plan approval for construction of a 200 unit <br />zarden apartment project on an approximately 11 <br />acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo <br />Mocho, approximately 1500 feet east of the intersection <br />of Santa Rita Road and the Arroyo Mocho Canal; and <br /> <br />based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br />declaration was adopted by Council on June 28, <br />1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- <br />ation for approval of the development plan and <br />rezoning; and <br /> <br />!~EREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 26, <br />1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council finds that this development plan <br />and rezoning is consistent with the General P%an <br />policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development Dian for a 200 unit <br /> garden apartment project on an approximately 11 <br /> acre site located immediately south of the Arroyo <br /> Nocho, approximately 1500 feet east of the intersection <br /> of Santa Rita Road and the Arroyo ~ocho Canal, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 11 acre <br /> site described above from the "A" (A~ricultural) <br /> District to the PUD (Planned Unit Develooment)-Hizh <br /> Density Residential District. <br /> <br /> <br />
