Zoning for the properties is Planned Unit Development - Office (PUD-O) <br /> District <br /> Also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the project. <br /> Action recommended: Recommend approval. <br /> Action taken: Recommended approval of the Negative Declaration, the North <br /> Sycamore Specific Plan Amendment, and the PUD Major Modification <br /> with the addition of a new condition that the applicant be required to <br /> install and maintain a fence at the southern end of the property abutting <br /> Sycamore Road for as long as the applicant owns that portion of the <br /> property. <br /> Vote: 5-0. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
