CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />,STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />to enter and execute in behalf of the City of Pleasanton <br />that certain annexation agreement for proposed "Annex No. 18, <br />Foothill Annex A", said agreement being dated October 10, 1961, <br />and further described as follows: <br /> <br />Agreement with Dublin Village, Inc. <br />executed by WM. A. EATON, President, and <br />WALTER A. BAUMANN, Vice-President for <br />90 acres, commonly known as the TEHAN RANCH. <br /> <br />Agreement with WILLIAM A. EATON, PAUL C. <br />DUSTERBERRY, Jr., and AUBREY H.
