DESCRIPTION OF PROPE .R~.~.Y TO BE A, NNEXED ,T?, TI{~ CIT~, OF ,PLF~,SANTON <br /> <br /> ANN,EXATION NO .,.1,9 <br /> <br /> S 0L ANNEX A <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at an angle point in the existing City boundary of the City of <br />Pleasanton as said boundary was established by that certain annexation described in <br />Ordinance No. 233 of the Town of Plessanton adopted on July 12j 1954, a map of which <br />was filed March 10, 1955 in Map Book 32~ at page 66 A thereof, Official Records of <br />Alameda County, California) said angle point lying on the westerly line of County <br />Road No. S19~ co,only known as Pleasanton-Sunol Road at the intersection of the <br />southerly boundary line of the City of Pleasanton with the westerly line of County <br />Road No. 819; thence running westerly along the southerly boundary line of the City <br />of Pleasanton as established by Ordinance No. 233, to an intersection with the south- <br />easterly right of way line of the Southern Pacific Company~ 100 feet in width~ thence <br />southwesterly along the southeasterly right of way line of the Southern Pacific <br />Company 565.80 feet to an intersection with the southerly line of that certain lk.O1 <br />acres parcel of land conveyed by Albert Caffodio to August Gerard by deed dated <br />February 21~ 19~ and r~corded in Book 5h~O~ at page ~9 thereof, Official Records <br />of Alameda County, California~ thence easterly along said southerly line of said <br />parcel to an intersection with the said westerly line of County Road No. 819; thence <br />in a general northerly direction along the westerly line of County Road No. 819 to <br />the point~ of beginning. <br /> <br /> <br />
