DESCRIPTION OF PROPE .R~.~.Y TO BE A, NNEXED ,T?, TI{~ CIT~, OF ,PLF~,SANTON ANN,EXATION NO .,.1,9 S 0L ANNEX A All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at an angle point in the existing City boundary of the City of Pleasanton as said boundary was established by that certain annexation described in Ordinance No. 233 of the Town of Plessanton adopted on July 12j 1954, a map of which was filed March 10, 1955 in Map Book 32~ at page 66 A thereof, Official Records of Alameda County, California) said angle point lying on the westerly line of County Road No. S19~ co,only known as Pleasanton-Sunol Road at the intersection of the southerly boundary line of the City of Pleasanton with the westerly line of County Road No. 819; thence running westerly along the southerly boundary line of the City of Pleasanton as established by Ordinance No. 233, to an intersection with the south- easterly right of way line of the Southern Pacific Company~ 100 feet in width~ thence southwesterly along the southeasterly right of way line of the Southern Pacific Company 565.80 feet to an intersection with the southerly line of that certain lk.O1 acres parcel of land conveyed by Albert Caffodio to August Gerard by deed dated February 21~ 19~ and r~corded in Book 5h~O~ at page ~9 thereof, Official Records of Alameda County, California~ thence easterly along said southerly line of said parcel to an intersection with the said westerly line of County Road No. 819; thence in a general northerly direction along the westerly line of County Road No. 819 to the point~ of beginning.
