CiTY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALII~ORMIA RESOLUTION NO. 3224 RESOLUTION APPROVING WATER RATES TO BE CHAR~ BY T~E PLEASANTO~ TOWNSHIP COUNTY WATER DISTRICT ~EAS, the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Township County Water District have entered into a Joint Exercise of Powers Act Agromaent in order to form a werking partnership with regard to the productioa amd distributioa ef water within the boundaries of the Pleasantcn Township County Water District; and ~E~AS, said Joint Exercise of Powers Act Agreement provides a method of determining the rate to be charged by the District for the delivery ef water to the City, said method or formttla to be based upon the cost of production as determi~ed annually; ~EREAs, the Pleasanton Township Cea~nty Water District has prepared an estimate of the cost of water production and the rate to be charged the City for delivered ws. ter for the 1961-62 fiscal year, said price being $.05 per 100 cubic feet of water delivered to the City; and ~EREAS, the City ef Pleasanton has reviewed the application of the formula for water production costs as applied to the 1961-~62 fiscal year, and finds said application of the formula to be satisfactory; NO~, THEH~FORE BE IT R~SOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Pleasantoa hereby approves the r~te of $.05 per 100 cubic feet of water as the rate to be charged by the Pleasanton Township County Water District for water sold to the City of Pleasanton during the 1961-62 fiscal year.
