OF ALAMEDA <br />§TATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 321 <br />Nfl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL <br />BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 1962. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator of the City of Pleasanton <br />has presented a final budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br />1962; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final budget on <br />July 17, 1961, as modified; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1) That the Final Budget for the City of Pleasanton for the <br />fiscal year ending June 30, 1962, a copy of which is on file witP <br />the City Clerk, is hereby adopted for the City of Pleasanton for <br />the fiscal year ending June 30, 1962, and the several amounts <br />stated therein are hereby appropriated for the various objects <br />therein described. <br /> <br />2) ~he total expenditures of said budget are as follows: <br /> <br />Operating Accounts <br />Transfer Accounts <br />Special Accounts <br /> <br />$332,206 <br /> 22,304 <br /> 199, 901 <br /> <br />Total 552,411 <br /> <br /> 3) That the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized <br />to make expenditures of the appropriated funds, provided that <br />an expenditure for items costing in excess of two thousand five <br />hundred dollars ($2,500.00) sha%l first be approved by resolution <br />of the City Council. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City Council is authorized to transfer funds <br />by resolution from one department to another, and to transfer and <br />authorize the expenditure of funds from the various unapplied <br />appropriations, and from the various Fund Accounts for specific <br />purposes. <br /> <br /> 5) That the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized <br />to transfer funds within the various budget accounts and between <br />the classifications of Salaries and ~ages, Maintenance and <br />Operation and Capital Outlay and to expend funds from the <br />Contingency Reserve for specific purposes. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />July 17, 1961 <br /> <br />l~yor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MARGARET JL.
