CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 3189 <br />RE:~iC) LUTIC]N NO._ <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br />1) The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute in behalf of the City of Pleasanton that certain <br /> <br />agreement described as follows: <br /> <br />Agreement between County of Alameda and <br />City of Pleasanton for delivery, use'amd <br />maintenance and return of one (1) 1954 <br />Ford firetruck, to aid in fire protection <br />for All--da County Fairgrounds and the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />2) The City Clerk shall forward copies of this <br /> <br />resolution as required. <br /> <br />DATED: June 5, 1961. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MARC~Lo CONNE2 <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
