CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1088 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CHURCHES AND SIMILAR <br /> MEETING FACILITIES IN INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> AMENDING SECTION 2-7.21, SUBSECTIONS 1, 2, AND 3 <br /> (CONDITIONAL USES), ARTICLE 9 (I INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS), <br /> CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) <br /> OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL'OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 2-7.21, Subsections 1, 2, and 3 (Conditional <br /> Uses), Article 9 (I Industrial Districts), Chapter <br /> 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development) of <br /> the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is <br /> amended to indicate the following use as a conditional <br /> use in the I-G (General Industrial), I-P (Industrial <br /> Park), and L-I (Light Industrial) Districts: <br /> <br /> "Churches and Similar Religious and Meeting <br /> Facilities in Existing Structures." <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on May 24, 1983.' <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on June 14, 1983 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT:: <br /> <br /> Peter'D. ac ona , it~~ ttorney <br /> <br /> <br />
