CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1087 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE SITE IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE VINEYARD VILLA MOBILE HOME PARK BETWEEN VINEYARD AVENUE AND THE ARROYO DEL VALLE TO PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND PREZONING APPROXI~iATELY ONE ACRE IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE EXTENSION OF PICO (VINEYARD) AVENUE AND IMMEDIATELY S~UTH OF THE ARROYO DEL VALLE TO R-1-6500 DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately one acre site innmediately west of the Vineyard Villa Mobile Ho~e Park between Vineyard Avenue and the Arroyo Del Valle to PUn-High Density Residential and prezoning aDproximately one acre immediately west of the extension of Pico (Vineyard) Avenue and innmediately south of the Arroyo Del Valle to R-1-6500 District; and ~tEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared in conjunction with the General Plan Amendment on the subject property which foresaw the tyDe of zonin~ bein~ PrOPOSed, therefore no further environmental consideration is necessary at this time; and Wt{EREAS, Council received the Plannin.~ Con~mission's reco~mmenda- tion for approval of the Drezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 24, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan DOlicies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS · Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately one acre site west of the Vineyard Villa Mobile Home Park between Vineyard Avenue and the Arroyo Del Valle to PUD-High Density Residential and Drezoning approximately one acre in~mediately west of the extension of Pico (Vineyard) Avenue and immediately south of the Arroyo Del Valle to the R-1-6500 District, which land is involved in Annexation No. 103.
