CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1087 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY ONE ACRE SITE IMMEDIATELY <br /> WEST OF THE VINEYARD VILLA MOBILE HOME PARK BETWEEN <br /> VINEYARD AVENUE AND THE ARROYO DEL VALLE TO PUD-HIGH <br /> DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND PREZONING APPROXI~iATELY ONE <br /> ACRE IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE EXTENSION OF PICO <br /> (VINEYARD) AVENUE AND IMMEDIATELY S~UTH OF THE ARROYO <br /> DEL VALLE TO R-1-6500 DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an <br /> approximately one acre site innmediately west of the <br /> Vineyard Villa Mobile Ho~e Park between Vineyard <br /> Avenue and the Arroyo Del Valle to PUn-High Density <br /> Residential and prezoning aDproximately one acre <br /> immediately west of the extension of Pico (Vineyard) <br /> Avenue and innmediately south of the Arroyo Del Valle <br /> to R-1-6500 District; and <br /> <br />~tEREAS, a negative declaration was prepared in conjunction <br /> with the General Plan Amendment on the subject property <br /> which foresaw the tyDe of zonin~ bein~ PrOPOSed, <br /> therefore no further environmental consideration is <br /> necessary at this time; and <br /> <br />Wt{EREAS, Council received the Plannin.~ Con~mission's reco~mmenda- <br /> tion for approval of the Drezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 24, 1983; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan DOlicies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS · <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately one acre <br /> site west of the Vineyard Villa Mobile Home Park <br /> between Vineyard Avenue and the Arroyo Del Valle to <br /> PUD-High Density Residential and Drezoning approximately <br /> one acre in~mediately west of the extension of Pico <br /> (Vineyard) Avenue and immediately south of the Arroyo <br /> Del Valle to the R-1-6500 District, which land is <br /> involved in Annexation No. 103. <br /> <br /> <br />
