41. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br /> requirements of the cross-connections control and <br /> backf!cw prevention device programs required by the <br /> California Administrative Code, Title 17. <br /> <br /> 42. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br /> lot of record within the development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 43. That approval for the number, type and localion <br /> of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br /> review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 44. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br /> held pending final design and until the developer <br /> has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br /> Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br /> connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br /> meets both the immediate and long-range require- <br /> ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br /> tributary areas. <br /> <br /> 45. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br /> to each lot of record within the development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />46. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br /> pending final design and until the developer has demon- <br /> strated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br /> the system is adequate, connects to an approved point <br /> of discharge, meets any and all applicable requirements <br /> of the Alameda County Flood Control District - Zone 7, <br /> meets any and all applicable requirements of the'Federal <br /> Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, and meets <br /> the ir~mediate and long-range requirements of this <br /> d~velopment and all upstream areas intended to be <br /> drained through this tract. <br /> <br />47. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, <br /> cor~munication service, and any required alarm systems <br /> be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br /> unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
