CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1086 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF KAMP, CROUCH, KRAL, AND CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. FOR PUD DEVELOP- MENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 340-UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 60 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CO~]ER OF OAKLAND AND MOHR AVENUES WHEREAS, Kamp, Crouch, Kral, and Castlewood ProDerties, Inc. applied for development plan approval for construction of a 340-unit residential project on approximately 60 acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 24, 1983; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS,a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 24, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for a 340-unit residential project on approximately 60 acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
