SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> Subject Property and Surrounding Area <br /> The project site, comprised off ve parcels, is located on the north side of Stanley Boulevard <br /> (please see the aerial photograph of the site and surrounding area below, which was taken in <br /> 2005). The plans indicate that the project site is 5:2,510 square feet (1.21 acres). However, this <br /> measurement includes an approximately 1,375-square-foot parcel within Stanley Boulevard that <br /> was dedicated to the City in 1980. The project site measures approximately 51,135 square feet <br /> (1.17 acres) without the Stanley Boulevard parcel.
