7. Internal Circulation <br /> All access and driveways into and from the site will be analyzed for adequate sight distance, turning <br /> clearance and safety. The parking layout will also be reviewed and evaluated. <br /> 8. Residential Street Impacts <br /> W-Trans will identify potential residential street impacts, mitigation measures, the effectiveness of <br /> mitigation measures, and the responsibility for implementation. <br /> 9. Pedestrian, Bicycle and Transit Analysis <br /> Pedestrian, bicycle and transit facilities will be assumed to remain unchanged from Existing Conditions <br /> unless otherwise proposed; however, a qualitative discussion of general project-related influences will <br /> be included. This will include access, circulation, impact identification, mitigation measures, <br /> effectiveness of mitigation measures, and the responsibility for implementation. The transit access will <br /> focus on access to and from transit as well as potential for increased load factors and service issues. <br /> 10. Safety Analysis <br /> The safety element will address both internal and external circulation of vehicles, bicycles and <br /> pedestrians based on a review of collision records for a recent five-year study period. The Safety section <br /> will address existing conditions and improvements and opportunities available to improve the existing <br /> conditions as well as address new safety issues that may be created with the development of the <br /> proposed project. <br /> 11. Draft Traffic Impact Analysis Report <br /> W-Trans will document all work assumptions, analysis procedures, findings, impacts and <br /> recommendations in a Draft Traffic Impact Analysis Report to be submitted for review and comments. <br /> The Draft Report will include an executive summary and conclusions. In general, the report will be <br /> consistent with the TIA Report Outline as published in Appendix B of the City's Traffic Impact Analysis <br /> Guidelines, including an Executive Summary, detailed project description, methodologies used, analysis <br /> results for each scenario, identificatior of significant transportation impacts(if any), and recommended <br /> mitigation measures. Also, appropriate appendices with Synchro analysis calculations and traffic model <br /> data will be included. <br /> 12. Final Report <br /> W-Trans will respond to comments on the Draft Traffic Impact Analysis Report and prepare a Final TIA <br /> report. <br /> 13. Public Hearings/Meetings/Project Coordination <br /> W-Trans staff will attend up to three (3) formal meetings related specifically to this project. These <br /> include meetings with the project team, meetings with City staff, any requested public meetings, <br /> Planning Commission hearings and/or City Council hearings. <br />
