CITY OF PLEASANTO 't <br /> COUNTY OF ALAM F.~A <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> 3299 <br />RESOLUTION NO*~ <br /> <br /> RESOLVED: <br /> 1. The City Administrator and the City Clerk.are hereby <br />authorized to enter and execute in behalf of the City of Pleasant~n <br />that certain agreement dated May 28, 1962, providing for <br />acceptance of real property, to-wit, an easement for flood waters <br />and storm drainage, and in return to improve said easement at <br />the expense of the City. <br /> <br /> 2. Good cause appearing, the City of Pleasanton does herebyl <br />accept the grant and dedication of easement and right of way for <br />maintenance and operation of storm drainage ditch as provided <br />in deed dated May 28, 1962, from MANNING E. STANLEY and JOHN E. <br />STANLEY to the City of Pleasanton, covering a portion of property <br />described in deed on record in Book 8008 at Page 474, Official <br />Records of alameda County, lying northerly of the intersection <br />of First Street and Main Street, Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br />DATED: May 28, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk, by Deputy <br /> <br />XoaN L.
