CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 283 <br />i~£E~O LUTIO N ND._ <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> The City Council does hereby request reimbursement from <br />First National Bank of Pleasanton, Escrow Account for Adams <br />Court improvements, for expenses incurred by the City in <br />Adams Court construction work, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The balance of said escrow account, being the sum <br /> of $10,235.04, to be paid to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> 2. Said sum upon receipt by the City shall be <br /> deposited in the "Capital Improvement Fund,'~ity <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: April 9, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />MARGARET L.
