CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1080 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRE SITE, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF AMBER LANE AND MOCKINGBIRD LANE, TO PUD-LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately eight (8) acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District, with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 22, 1983; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Connnission's recommenda- - tion for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 22, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately eight (8) acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential District, with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum of nine (9) lots, which land is involved in Annexation No. 102. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #271, attached hereto as Exhibit A dated March 22, 1983, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
