CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1080 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRE SITE, LOCATED <br /> AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF AMBER <br /> LANE AND MOCKINGBIRD LANE, TO PUD-LOW DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an <br /> approximately eight (8) acre site, located at the <br /> southeast corner of the intersection of Amber Lane <br /> and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Low Density Residential District, with <br /> a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum <br /> of nine (9) lots; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> no significant adverse effects on the environment, <br /> a negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> March 22, 1983; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Connnission's recommenda- <br />- tion for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 22, <br /> 1983; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the prezoning of an approximately eight (8) <br /> acre site, located at the southeast corner of the <br /> intersection of Amber Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential <br /> District, with a minimum 30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a <br /> maximum of nine (9) lots, which land is involved in <br /> Annexation No. 102. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning <br /> districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #271, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit A dated March 22, 1983, <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section <br /> 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br /> <br />
