The <br /> review fees set forth herein may be adjusted pursuant <br /> to Section 2. 10 .3 . <br /> 2 . 10. 2 Plans for Changes to Existing Improve- <br /> ments. The fee for review of documents and materials <br /> required to be submitted pursuant to Section 2.3 shall <br /> be One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars, as adjusted <br /> pursuant to Section 2 . 10.3 . <br /> 2 . 10 .3 Adjustment of Review Fees. The <br /> Architectural Review Board may from time to time <br /> 1 increase the review fees provided in Section 2.10. 1 and <br /> 2 .10.2 to the amount then required, in the judgment of <br /> the Architectural Review Board, to cover the costs of <br /> review of plans required under this article. Any <br /> adjustment in the review fee shall be effective upon <br /> recording a notice of adjustment in the Office of the <br /> Recorder of Alameda County, California, executed only <br /> by the Association, setting forth the adjusted review <br /> fees . <br /> 2 . 11 Letter of Compliance. The Architectural <br /> . Review Board shall, within twenty-one (21 ) days following <br /> written request therefor by an Owner, execute and deliver to <br /> such requesting Owner a letter stating that the Preliminary <br /> -17- <br />
