9 .10.82 ; <br /> C169-018 <br /> Fe- 138E31 <br /> 2 .4. 6 Inadequacy of the number of onsite <br /> parking spaces or objection to the design and location <br /> of the parking area or spaces; <br /> 2 .4.7 The location of any proposed building <br /> upon a Lot in relation to other Lots; <br /> 2 .4. 8 Objection- to the grading plan for any <br /> Lot; <br /> 2 .4.9 Objection to the color scheme, finish <br /> proportions, style of architecture, height, bulk or <br /> appropriateness of any proposed Improvement in relation <br /> to other Improvements, existing or proposed and <br /> approved by the Architectural Review Board; <br /> 2 .4. 10 Objection to the landscaping plan, <br /> including objection to landscape materials in relation <br /> to other landscaping materials then used, or proposed <br /> for use and approved by the Architectural Review Board; <br /> 2 .4. 11 Any other matter which, in the judg- <br /> ment of the Architectural Review Board, would render <br /> the proposed Improvements or use inharmonious with the <br /> general plan for improvement of the Park or with <br /> Improvements then located upon, or proposed and <br /> approved by the Architectural Review Board to be <br /> located upon, other Lots within the Park. <br /> 2 . 5 Approval . The Architectural Review Board may <br /> approve or disapprove Preliminary Plans, Final Plans , plan <br /> changes, or plans for changes to existing Improvements as <br /> submitted or it may grant its approval subject to specific <br /> -13- <br />
