9 . 10.82 E(-- I <br /> C169-018 ; 8831 <br /> rebuilt, reconstructed, kept, or maintained on any Lot until <br /> ( the Preliminary Plans (as defined below) and Final Plans (as <br /> defined below) for such erection, construction, remodeling, <br /> rebuilding, or reconstruction have been submitted to and <br /> approved by the Architectural Review Board. Plans submitted <br /> by a lessee of a Lot shall include therewith the written <br /> approval of the plans by the Owner of the Lot. <br /> 2 .2 .1 Preliminary Plans. The Owner, . <br /> lessee, or other occupant of the Lot (the "Applicant" ) <br /> shall submit in duplicate to the Architectural Review <br /> Board, prior to submission to the City of Pleasanton <br /> for building permits, the preliminary plans and speci- <br /> fications ( "the Preliminary Plans" ) , prepared by an <br /> architect licensed to practice architecture in the <br /> State of California, in such form and containing such • <br /> information as may be required by the Architectural <br /> Review Board, but shall in any event include the follow- <br /> ing: <br /> ( a) A site development plan for the Lot <br /> showing the nature and location of all proposed <br /> Improvements, landscape areas, loading areas, <br /> storage and refuse areas, and walls ; <br /> (b ) A site development summary setting <br /> forth the following: gross area of the Lot; gross <br /> area of the parking area, driveway, and storage <br /> area on the Lot (including percentage of Lot area <br /> devoted to each such use) ; total number of parking <br /> -9- <br />
