9 .10 .82 <br /> C169-018 Fe- 13883i <br /> building design and architecture, landscaping, parking, site <br /> development of Lots, and signs for Valley Business Park. <br /> 1.9 "Improvement" or "Improvements" means build- <br /> ings, outbuildings, tracks, switches, driveways, parking <br /> areas, fences, screening walls and barriers, retaining <br /> walls, walkways, electrical and gas distribution facilities, <br /> hedges, mass plantings, planted trees and shrubs, poles, <br /> signs, loading areas and all other structures of every type <br /> or kind. <br /> 1.10 "Lot" means any legal parcel within the Park, <br /> as shown on the Tract Map or Parcel Map described in Para- <br /> graph A of the Recitals or as shown upon any subsequent <br /> subdivision, tract or parcel , or parcel map recorded in <br /> Alameda County and resubdividing any Lot or Lots within the ( <br /> Park. <br /> 1.11 "Member" means a member of the Association as <br /> provided herein. - <br /> 1.12 "Mortgage" means a deed of trust as well as a <br /> mortgage. <br /> 1.13 "Mortgagee" means a beneficiary or a holder <br /> of a deed of trust as well as a mortgagee of a mortgage. <br /> 1 . 14 "Mortgagor" means the trustor of a deed of <br /> trust as well as a mortgagor of a mortgage. <br /> 1.15 "Owner"means any person or entity which is <br /> the record Owner of fee simple title to any Lot.
