June 1979, shall then be required to use said <br /> route(s) . - <br /> 3. 6.4 Once El Charro. Road becomes <br /> available for public use, all trucks larger than a <br /> class 5 truck (as defined in Section 3.6.3 ) entering or <br /> leaving the City of Pleasanton shall use El Charro Road <br /> exclusively; provided however that the provision ofd <br /> this Section 3 . 6.4 shall terminate upon the date of <br /> formation of an assessment district established for the <br /> • <br /> extension of Valley Avenue to Stanley Boulevard. <br /> • 4.
