CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> SLATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 312 <br />R~'~LUTIO N NO. <br /> <br /> ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS <br /> ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO <br /> CITIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City of <br />Pleasanton, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the State De- <br />partment of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter re- <br />ferred to as the department, on April 3, 1961, for expenditure of <br />state allocated funds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was sub- <br />mitted to the department on May 16, 1962, showing the estimated <br />expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1962- <br />1963 fiscal year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a budget, approved by the department on June 27, 196 <br />has been presented to the City Council in accordance with the Pro- <br />ject statement submitted by the city; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said budget, as <br />approved by the department, and is familiar with the contents <br />thereof; <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget <br />of expenditures recor~aended to be made from such funds during the <br />1962-63 fiscal year. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 16th day of July, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Margaret L.
