CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1078 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DUNC~ MATTESON AND <br /> JOHN FERRERI PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING <br /> AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 154-UNIT <br /> MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY <br /> 8.8 ACRES LOCATED AT 4323 AND 4365 VALLEY AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Duncan Matteson and John Ferreri applied for <br /> development plan approval for construction of <br /> a 154-unit multi-family residential project on <br /> approximately 8.8 acres of land located at 4323 <br /> and 4365 Valley Avenue (approximately 500 feet <br /> west of the intersection of Valley Avenue and <br /> Santa Rita Road); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on March 8, 1983; and <br /> <br />WItEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- <br /> ation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />W]tEREAS,a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 8, <br /> 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan <br /> and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for a 154-unit multi- <br /> family residential project on approximately 8.8 acres <br /> located at 4323 and 4365 Vallev Avenue, subject to <br /> the conditions on Exhibit "A" ~ttached hereto and <br /> by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 8.8 acre <br /> site located at 4323 and 4365 Valley Avenue from <br /> "A" (Agricultrual) and R-1-6500 (Single-family <br /> Residential) to PUD-High Density Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning <br /> districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #270, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated March 8, 1983, and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
