That no improvement activities, including but not limited to grading, construction~ tree removal or site preparation shall be initiated until all proper permits are obtained~ 26. That an erosion control plan or procedures be submitted to and approved by the City as part of the improvement plan for the subdivision. 30. That the following water conserving plur~ing fixtures be installed: a) low flush water closets; b) low flow shower control heads; c) aerators in interior faucets; and d) insulation of hot water lines.
