That no improvement activities, including but not limited <br /> to grading, construction~ tree removal or site preparation <br /> shall be initiated until all proper permits are obtained~ <br /> <br />26. That the fire hydrant and water system be designed to <br /> provide a water flow of 1500 gpm. <br /> <br />27. That the fire hydrants and other Fire Department con- <br /> nections shall be located and sized as directed by the <br /> City Fire Chief. <br /> <br />22. That. all conditions of approval of case PUD-82-10 she'll <br /> be listed in the CC&Rs. <br /> <br />29. That an erosion control plan or procedures be submitted to <br /> and approved by the City as part of the improvement plan <br /> for the subdivision. <br /> <br />30. That a dust control plan or procedures be submitted to <br /> and approved by the City prior to the beginning of grading. <br /> <br />31. That there shall be access for emergency vehicles to all' <br /> non-buildable areas shown on the development plan. <br /> <br />32. That except as modified by this development plan, the <br /> site and use standards for the subject property shall be <br /> those of the R-1-20,000 District. Uses of the property <br /> may include a limited number of animals as specified and <br /> controlled by the CC&Rs which must be approved by the City <br /> Attorney prior to approval of the final map. <br /> <br />33. That all utilities required to serve the development <br /> shall be installed underground. <br /> <br />34. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the start <br /> of construction to final inspection and that the Fire <br /> Department emergency number be provided adjacent to all <br /> telephones on the site. <br /> <br />35. That all dwelling units in the development be constructed <br /> to meet the latest PG&E Energy Conservation Home Standards. <br /> <br />36. That the following water conserving plur~ing fixtures <br /> be installed: a) low flush water closets; b) low flow <br /> shower control heads; c) aerators in interior faucets; <br /> and d) insulation of hot water lines. <br /> <br /> <br />
