All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleaeantou, <br />County of Alameda, $~ate of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginnin~ at the point of intersection of the westerly boundary line of <br />the City of Pleasanton, as said boundary line was established in the Order of <br />co~poration of the To~m of Pleasanton, filed 5une 11~ 1894, in Hlnute Book 16 of the- <br />Board of Supatwisors of Alameda County, at pa§e 322 thereof, with the southeasterly <br />line of the l~estern Pacific Railway Company right of way, 100 feet in width, as <br />said right of way line was established by that certain deed from the Sprin$ Valley <br />Water Company, a corporation~ to the Western Pacific Railway Company, a co~poration, <br />dated November 14, 1913, and recorded December ~, 1913, in Book 2217 of Deeds, at <br />page 134 thereof, records of Alameda County, California, said point bein~ distant <br />southwesterly along said right of way line from the intersection thereof with the <br />southerly right of ~ay line of County Road No. 2C00, commonly known as Berual <br />Avenue, 60 feet in width; thence southwesterly and southerly along the southeasterly <br />and easterly right of way line of the Western Pacific Railway Company to an inter- <br />section thereof with the southerly line of that certain parcel of land designated <br />as "Parcel 69" in that certain deed from Spring Valley Water Company, a corporation, <br />to the City and County of San Francisco, a municipal cozporation, dated March <br />1930, and recorded in Book 2350 of Official lleco~ds at pnge 1 thereof, records <br />Alsmoda County, California, last said point being also a point on that certain course <br /> <br />designated "north 45°00~ ~eet .... 305.8 feet" in the description of said "Parcel <br /> <br />69" in said deed to the City and County of San Francisco, a municipal corporationl <br /> <br /> <br />
