Introduced and waived first reading on Ordinance No. 2020 approving the application for <br /> the rezoning of an approximately three acres of the existing approximately four-acre site <br /> located at 1623 Cindy Way from the A (Agriculture) District to the PUD-MDR (Planned Unit <br /> Development — Medium Density Residential) District as filed under Case PRZ-59, Lynn <br /> Jansen and Adopted Resolution 11-468 approving the Negative Declaration prepared for <br /> the project <br /> Michael Derbish, supported the proposal and the reputation of the developer, said the <br /> connection of streets will allow for walking routes, and having more members in the <br /> homeowners association in controlling costs. <br /> 7. Approved a Professional Services Agreement with Rasmussen Planning, Inc. in the amount <br /> of $33,400 for a Baseline Conditions Summary Report for the East Pleasanton Specific Plan <br /> Area <br /> 8. Adopted Resolution 11-469 granting utility easements to PG&E and AT&T to install <br /> undergound utility lines in portions of the parking lot at Val Vista Park, and directing the <br /> execution of a related cost allocation agreement with DSRSD <br /> 11. Approved first amendment to the agreement with T. Y. Lin International in the amount of <br /> $61,030 to prepare retaining wall designs and supplemental traffic forecasts for the <br /> 1580/Foothill Road <br /> Finance <br /> 12. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for May 2011 <br /> Fire <br /> 13. Adopted Resolution 11-470 to authorize the Used Oil Payment Program application <br /> 14.
