The City Council has read and considered the City <br />A ministrator's Report No. 11, dated August 3, 1962, entitled <br />'Finance Department Reorganization, Phase One'S; and the City <br />Council does hereby approve said report. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to Recommendation No. One, the Council does <br />hereby authorize the City Clerk, Treasurer and Finance Director <br />to reestablish bank accounts at the Bank of America, Pleasanton, <br />California, to reflect funds on hand for specific purposes as <br />follows: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Water Deposit Fund <br />Housing Authority Service Fund <br />Sewer Bond Construction Fund (1958) <br />Parks & Recreation Fund <br />Sewer & Drainage Service Fund <br />Capital Improvement Housing Authority Fund <br />Bond Interest & Redemption Fund <br />D:ainage Bond Construction Fund (1958) <br /> <br /> 3. Transfers of funds and consol~ation of funds pursuant <br />to Recommendation No. 2 of said report are hereby authorized and <br />ordered as follows: <br /> <br />$1,523.19 from Vineyard Avenue Construction <br />Fund to County Gas Tax Fund. <br /> <br />~COnsolidate Library Fund and the Music and <br />Promotion Fund with the General Fund. <br /> <br />Consolidate Drainage Bond Construction Fund <br />and the Special Inactive - Drainage Bond Fund, under <br />the new title of ~Drainage Bond Construction <br />Fund - 1958". <br /> <br />The sum of $2,502.81 from the City Treasurer's <br />Special Inactive Utility and Drainage Fund, <br />closing said fund, to the General Fund. <br /> <br />Dated: September 11, 1962. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />/JOHN L.
