CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1076 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RALPH MARTIN, ET AL. <br /> FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 39-UNIT SINGLE- <br /> FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON 42 ACRES LOCATED <br /> ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE EASTERN TERMINUS OF CRELLIN <br /> ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ralph Martin, et al. applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of 39 single-family <br /> residential units on an approximately 42 acre Darcel <br /> located on the north side of the eastern terminus <br /> of Crellin Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> March 8, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- <br /> ation for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 8, 1983; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan POliCieS Of the <br /> City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the development plan for Case PUD-82-16, <br /> a 39-unit single-family resldential development to <br /> be constructed on a 42 acre parcel located on the <br /> north side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section <br /> 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66 <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br /> Valley Times" a newsDaper of ~eneral circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
