CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1076 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF RALPH MARTIN, ET AL. FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 39-UNIT SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON 42 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE EASTERN TERMINUS OF CRELLIN ROAD WHEREAS, Ralph Martin, et al. applied for development plan approval for construction of 39 single-family residential units on an approximately 42 acre Darcel located on the north side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a Mitigated Negative Declaration was adopted by Council on March 8, 1983; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- ation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 8, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan POliCieS Of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for Case PUD-82-16, a 39-unit single-family resldential development to be constructed on a 42 acre parcel located on the north side of the eastern terminus of Crellin Road, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66 Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a newsDaper of ~eneral circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
