Accordingly, the City Council does hereby modify its
policy concern~g annexation fees as follows:

~e City Council may, in its discretion,
reduce said annexation fees to a min~um
of $50.00 per acre, where developers and
proponents of annexation enter a contract,
and are required to provide authorized utilities
benefiting lands of others, commonly known as
off-tract improvements.

January 14, 1963 i'~'? ~/ '~Z[?- ~ -

!'/~yor

ATTEST:

City Clerk

/
