Section 2: If any word, clause, phrase, sentence, section or <br /> portion thereof of this ordinance is deemed invalid <br /> on any grounds by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br /> the City Council declares that its intent is to adopt <br /> and enforce the remaining provisions of this ordinance <br /> in spite of any such invalidity. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Director of Planning and Community Development <br /> is directed to make the above described standards <br /> available to all operators of amusement devices within <br /> the City. <br /> <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 5: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on January 25, 1983. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on February 8, 1983 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and <br /> Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> ROBERT E.
