CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1070 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF PONDEROSA HOMES FOR <br /> PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 125-LOT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT <br /> ON 15 ACRES LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF VALLEY AVENUE <br /> BETWEEN HANSEN DRIVE AND VIA DE LOS MILAGROS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of a 125-1ot residential <br /> project proposed for approximately 15 acres of land <br /> located on the west side of Valley Avenue between <br /> Hansen Drive and Via de los Milagros; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> January 25, 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommend- <br /> ation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on January 25, 1983; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan <br /> and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the development plan for a 125-1ot residential <br /> project on approximately 15 acres of land, subject <br /> to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 15 acre <br /> parcel of land located on the west side of Valley <br /> Avenue between Hansen Drive and Via de los Milagros <br /> from R-1-6500, RM-4 and RM-15 to the PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development)-High Density Residential District. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> designating and dividing the City into zoning <br /> districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #269, <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated January 25, 1983, <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
